1. Data controller

The controller is Organización Comercial y Aduanera Mario Coka B. MACOBSA Cía. Ltda. (RUC 0991298142001), domiciled in Guayaquil, Ecuador, part of Grupo Mario Coka Barriga. For any question about your data, write to consultores@mariocoka.com.

2. What data we collect

Those you give us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or the site assistant (name, company, position, email, phone and the details of your request), and those needed to provide the customs and logistics service you hire (shipment documents, contact and billing data). For the client portal we also record your user account and access log.

3. Why we use it

To answer your request and send you quotes; to perform the contracted service and meet foreign trade legal obligations before the Ecuadorian Customs Service (SENAE) and other authorities; to inform you about the status of your shipments; and, only if you authorize it, to send you information about regulations and services.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, performance of the service contract, compliance with customs and tax legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in serving you and improving the service.

5. Who we share it with

With the authorities required by law (SENAE, SRI and prior-control agencies), with the Grupo Mario Coka Barriga companies involved in your operation, and with providers of technology, transport or insurance services, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

Some technology services we use (hosting, email and the assistant’s artificial intelligence) may process data outside Ecuador, with providers that apply recognized security measures.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as the business relationship lasts and for the periods required by customs, tax and accounting rules. Requests that do not become a service are kept for up to two years.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, update, deletion, objection, portability and suspension of the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to consultores@mariocoka.com. We will respond within the legal deadlines. You may also contact the Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

9. Security and cookies

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This site does not use advertising cookies; it only stores in your browser technical data needed to work (for example, the open assistant conversation).
